Paul has been the Managing Director of Charter Group Finance since January 2004. He is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and holds a full Credit License with ASIC (License #398472), under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act (NCCP).
He commenced his banking and finance career in 1994, when he joined the Bankers Trust (BT) in the Debt Markets Group, having graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) with a Business Degree, majoring in Finance and Marketing.
In his role at BT, Paul became experienced in all facets of the Australian and global banking markets, and provided service and advice to large corporate and institutional clients on various financial instruments such as commercial paper, bank bills, government and corporate bonds, interest rate swaps, forward rate agreements, mortgage-backed securitisation and foreign currency risk management.
Paul combines his technical finance expertise with his knowledge of the home loan market and processes, to ensure that all transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently. All stages of the loan process are followed and scrutinised, as Paul strives to make the home loan experience as easy and stress-free as possible for his clients.

Lisa is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the MFAA and holds a Bachelor of Business (UTS) degree and a Diploma in Mortgage Lending with over 17 years experience in the finance industry.
Lisa began her career in finance with the largest commercial origination business in Australia, progressing through from graduate to senior roles over a 9 year period working in all facets of property lending. She has subsequently worked as a Senior Associate at CB Richard Ellis, setting up a property finance department and then running her own mortgage broking business.
Lisa is a motivated mortgage consultant dedicated to helping her clients locate a loan that suits their needs. Lisa has the knowledge to help her clients successfully navigate their way through the loan process.
